Sizing & Fit
Our size guide can be used to find your size guide in centimeters and inches. We recommend measuring your waist and hips and comparing to the guide. If you are between sizes, we generally suggest sizing up for everyday comfort, especially in underwear.
Our pieces are designed to fit true to the size on the label. Tencel has a gentle natural stretch, so the fit is comfortable without being restrictive. Customer feedback suggests our sizing is consistent, but we always recommend checking the size guide before ordering.

About Tencel & Our Fabric
Tencel (also known as Lyocell) is a natural fibre made from sustainably sourced wood pulp, usually eucalyptus or beech trees. We use it because it is exceptionally soft against the skin, breathable, and moisture-wicking, making it ideal for everyday underwear. It is also biodegradable and produced in a closed-loop process that recycles water and solvents, so it is kinder to the planet too.
Yes, Tencel is naturally hypoallergenic and free from harsh chemicals. Its smooth, round fibres lie flat against the skin rather than poking into it, which makes it one of the gentlest fabric choices available. It is widely recommended for people with sensitive skin, eczema, or allergies.
Tencel is softer than cotton, absorbs moisture more efficiently, and dries faster. It also retains its shape and softness wash after wash better than many cotton types. For underwear worn close to the body all day, Tencel's breathability and smoothness make it a superior everyday choice.
Yes. We use certified Tencel fibres from Lenzing AG, the company that developed and trademarked the material. Lenzing holds FSC and PEFC certifications for responsible forestry, and their Tencel process has received the EU Ecolabel for reduced environmental impact.
Tencel is easy to care for. Machine wash on a gentle or delicate cycle at 30°C or below. Use a mild, pH-neutral detergent and avoid fabric softeners, which can coat the fibres and reduce breathability. Tumble dry on low heat or, ideally, lay flat to dry. Avoid wringing or twisting the fabric.
Tencel can shrink slightly if washed at high temperatures or tumble dried on high heat. Always wash at 30°C on a gentle cycle and avoid high-heat drying to keep your pieces in perfect shape.
Tencel generally does not need ironing as it resists creasing well. If needed, use a low-heat steam iron and always iron on the reverse side of the fabric.

Browse our range on our website and add items to your cart. We accept all major credit and debit cards. You'll receive an order confirmation email straight away.
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 working days. UK delivery takes 2–5 working days after dispatch. You'll receive a tracking link by email once your parcel is on its way.
We currently ship within the UK only. We’re working on expanding our shipping options and hope to offer international delivery soon.
If your estimated delivery window has passed, first check your tracking link. If you're still unsure, please email andourseeds@gmail.com with your order number and we'll look into it right away.
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached. As underwear is an intimate garment, we are unable to accept returns on items that have been tried on without hygienic liner intact or worn.
Email us at andourseeds@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will send you return instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
If the item is faulty or we made an error with your order, we will cover the return postage cost. For
change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return postage. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be responsible for parcels lost in transit.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we aim to process your refund within 3–5 working days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Your bank may take a further 3–5 days to show the credit in your account.
Yes, we're happy to exchange for a different size provided item is suitable for return and where stock allows. Email andourseeds@gmail.com with your order number and the size you need, and we will do our best to arrange it quickly.
We're sorry to hear that. Please email andourseeds@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the fault. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Sustainability & Ethics
Yes. Sustainability and ethical production are at the heart of everything we do. We choose materials like Tencel precisely because they have a lower environmental footprint. We work only with suppliers who meet fair labour standards, and we are continuously reviewing our practices to do better. We are on a journey of growing to be the most ethical brand that we can and we are committed to learning andf growing. If you do have feedback and suggestions we would love to know about it so we can go better and grow.
We use minimal, plastic-free packaging wherever possible. Our mailers and tissue paper are either recycled or certified compostable. We are always looking at ways to reduce packaging further.
Your products are made using plant-based TENCEL™ fibres and synthetic materials such as nylon, elastane, and polyester. We do not intentionally use any animal-derived materials or glues in our designs. While we take care in sourcing vegan-friendly materials, we are not currently certified as vegan and continue to work closely with our suppliers to ensure all components and processes align with vegan standards.
