And Our Seeds began with a quiet frustration.

So many of the things we wear every day  especially those closest to the body are made without real care for how they affect our health. Fabrics that don’t breathe. Dyes that irritate. Designs that prioritise appearance over comfort. For many people, especially those with sensitive, changing, or healing bodies, this isn’t just inconvenient, it’s exhausting.

We wanted something different.
Something kinder.
Something that started with the body, not trends.

Health Comes First

At And Our Seeds, health isn’t a feature or a claim but it’s our starting point.

Every product begins with the same question:
How will this feel on the body, day after day?

That means choosing natural, breathable materials.
It means avoiding unnecessary chemicals and harsh finishes.
It means designing for comfort, softness, and real life  across bodies, ages, and stages.

We’re not interested in shaping bodies or fixing them.
We’re interested in supporting them.

Starting Small, On Purpose

We’ve chosen to begin slowly.

One essential.
A small collection.
Room to listen.

Starting small allows us to focus on quality, learn from our community, and build trust before expanding. Growth, for us, isn’t about speed it’s about care.

We believe everyday essentials should feel calm, reliable, and easy to live in. The kind of pieces you reach for without thinking, because your body already knows they’re right.

More Than Products

And Our Seeds is also about care beyond the individual.

A portion of every sale supports initiatives that advance women’s health and equity. This isn’t something we add on later  it’s part of why the brand exists. We believe wellbeing should extend beyond the person wearing the product to the communities around them.

The name And Our Seeds reflects this belief.
That meaningful change often starts small.
That care, repeated over time, can grow into something lasting.

We have chosen a maternity health center in Zambia to support in 2026 and UK based financial education and domestic violence charity.
