Designs that prioritise appearance over comfort. For many people, especially those with sensitive, changing, or healing bodies, this isn't just inconvenient, it's exhausting.
We wanted something different.

And Our Seeds exists because women's intimate health has been an afterthought in an industry built on trend, not wellbeing. We make underwear engineered around the body's changing health needs, and reinvest a share of every sale into community health initiatives for women who lack access to the same care. Every purchase plants a seed for someone else's health.
Our mission is to restore comfort and protect intimate health at every stage of a woman's life, because they were never meant to be an afterthought.
Our Vision
To build a future where intimate health care is as automatic as skincare, where no woman accepts irritation, discomfort or self-consciousness as "just part of" pregnancy, motherhood, weight change or menopause. We're working toward that future as an ethical underwear brand UK shoppers can trust, built on sustainable women's underwear and a slow fashion underwear approach that favours longevity over trend cycles.

The name And Our Seeds reflects this belief. That meaningful change often starts small. That care, repeated over time, can grow into something lasting.
We've chosen a maternity health centre in Zambia to support in 2026, alongside a UK-based financial education and domestic violence charity, because being an underwear brand supporting women's health means looking after women everywhere, not just the ones buying from us.
